Beckley had a very exciting year as the 2004 pages will show.
The Whelping box was back in the house getting ready for mom to have her babies and
Beckley was anxiously awaiting his new brothers and sisters. He spent a lot of time hanging
out on top of the whelping box with his and his moms comfort pillow. He found it a great place to
chew a favorite bone or just relax in comfort.
Beckley's ears began to drop for some reason, whether he played too hard
with his mom & dad we
really don't know. He is still a cutie
Under the porch in the dogs upper enclosure area the dogs dug a nice den and enjoy the cool dirt.
They dig a dog sized hole as big as they are and cuddle in. Beckley enjoys this spot and it is one of the coveted spots in the kennel.
He comes out dusty and dirty but oh so cool, nothing the rainbow vac can't take care of. Which is another of 2004 exciting things,
all the dogs learned to love the dreaded vacuum cleaner, when we got an old rainbow vac. They get vacuumed every cleaning day with the special
rubber fingered dog attachment!
Like his mom Beckley is a comfort king and rarely sleeps on the floor.
He has pillows and comforters on the couch that he has to postion under his stomach in the right spot just like his mom does.
Beckley got a stuffed german shepherd puppy to practice for the coming of his new brothers and sisters.
We called it puppy. He absolutely loves his stuffed puppy and will cry about it. He later used it when the puppies went to
their new homes and he needed some puppy love.
Under the big fir tree in the backyard is a great place to hangout and hide in the cool of the branches , it's like his own personal
jungle, he can see everything there. It is one of Wolfie's favorite spots and Beckley loves to be with him.
